Welcome to Li Hua Cafe, a beloved gem nestled in the vibrant Taman Jasmine of Bintulu, Sarawak. This charming cafe captures the essence of traditional Malaysian kopitiam culture, offering a delightful array of local dishes that will transport your taste buds straight to the heart of Sarawak.

When you step into Li Hua Cafe, you are immediately enveloped by the warm and inviting atmosphere, punctuated by the mingling aromas of freshly prepared noodles and rich broths. It's the kind of place where the chatter of friendly patrons harmonizes with the clinking of bowls and the sizzling of hot woks, creating an authentic dining experience that feels both nostalgic and invigorating.

The standout dish that keeps locals coming back is the legendary Kampua Noodle. As one customer, Fabian John, reminisced, it’s "the legendary Pokémon in the Kampua noodle world," consistently delivering the same superb taste that first enchanted him as a child. Served with a delectable broth that has been perfected over the years, you will appreciate the simplicity and richness of its flavors. Another must-try is the kolok mee kicap, praised by Brian B. Clement as his go-to breakfast for its outstanding taste - a delightful combination of savory and sweetness, worthy of your morning ritual.

For those with a penchant for variety, the cafe doesn’t disappoint. Offering a range of classic dishes like mee sua, highlighted by William Kong, and the mee pok wantan that promises to be a delightful hand-pulled experience. Each dish embodies the essence of traditional Malaysian cuisine, making Li Hua Cafe not just a place to eat, but a culinary journey worth savoring.

The joy of dining here extends beyond just the delicious food. It's about the stories shared among friends and family over a comforting bowl of noodles, the laughter that fills the air, and the warmth that is characteristic of Malaysian hospitality. Many patrons, like Ervien Alang, consider it their favorite breakfast nook, solidifying Li Hua Cafe's reputation as a cornerstone of the community.

So, if you find yourself in Bintulu, don’t miss the chance to immerse yourself in this local favorite. Enjoy a meal at Li Hua Cafe, where every slurp of noodles is a taste of tradition infused with love and care. Your palate deserves this delightful adventure!

If there is ever a “legendary pokemon” in the Kampua noodle world - this place would be it! I have been coming here since I was a child (and that was a long time ago) and I dare to say and kid you not, it has been absolutely consistent ever since I first had my first plate of Kampua Putih (white). If I were to go into details, even the soup kosong taste exactly the same - the only difference is you will need to request for the soup (the soup is free of charge by the way). If you are ever in Bintulu, this is a must go place for Kampua for breakfast! If you are more adventurous in terms of your palate - go for the Kampua Kicap (black soy sauce). Truly a legendary place. And yes - the service is amazing, especially when you have been there a few times, and the grandma that runs the place is the sweetest and kindest person! Once she knows you, she will remember you forever!
